My faith in at least one local company has been restored

The title pretty much sums it up. After complaining to Mobil about the recent restaurant.com promotion(see blogs below) and getting no response, the local Mobil outlets, Super Pantry comes though.

I informed representatives from Tri Star Marketing, owners and operators of local Super Pantry stores about the problems I was having with the Mobil promotion as well. The Tri-Star person I talked to(via e-mail) was very nice and apologetic. Frankly, Mobil should be the one apologizing, along with the scam known as “restaurant.com.”

Tri Star immediately sent me two gift cards and a written apology. Wow! Just when I thought that customer service was a thing of the past, Tri Star comes through!

So with that in mind, as you fill up your tank with that valuable commodity known as gasoline, stop into a local Super Pantry....and purchase a soft drink, or candy bar and know that Super Pantry values it's customers!
